Due to each item being handmade and the nature of the creation process it's difficult to accept returns or exchanges. But please feel free to contact us and we will be able to help you on a case by case basis!

All items are handmade so shipping time will be factored into it. Shipping time is prioritized thus we usually ship out our items in 3-4 days. If you need an item for a specific date send us an inquiry. 

We offer a size chart within the product pictures. Please select the correct sizing based on your measurements. The Sweatshirt fits true-to-size, but size up if you anticipate machine drying it with heat. Due to everything being made by hand, coloring is limited based on the product and design. However, we are willing to customize if you send us an inquiry! : )

Please wash your sweatshirt inside-out in cold water and hang it to dry to prevent shrinkage, fading, and pilling. Do not machine wash or dry for optimal care.
